Honestly, I have avoided the shops between Thanksgiving and Christmas for years - even when we had more than enough money - I just don't like the chaos and stress of it.
However, online is changing my emotions about it a bit. ebates (linked on this page) is offering double cash back on online shopping today, and I amd going to try and make the gift cards and credits I have go farther by taking advantage of that on top of the regular Black Friday deals :)
